The beautiful Alpine locations and sets are essentially the only redeeming aspects of this otherwise overly convoluted movie.

While it attempts to be a comedy, a mystery, and a romance, the lack of direction in an otherwise rather simplistic plot, combined with characters as cold as the surrounding landscape, results in an alienating film.

The talk-show-based beginning and narrated ending are the only engaging moments in the entire movie.
